IT WAS 1948 WHEN DEBRA VACH BEGAN HER AMERICAN WIG DESIGN CAREER.
Starting at a top New York wig salon, her exceptional skills brought her acclaim and a loyal following of clients. Fast forward 50 years , her granddaughter Erica Luxembourg proudly carries on her family legacy.
iWig has grown from a small, exclusive shop to an international company. iWigs’ unmatched customer service, and supreme craftmanship transforms an ordinary wig, to an iWig.

As a third generation family member, I have an unparalleled understanding of the food service industry. I’m dedicated to building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

I am a culinary expert based in Las Vegas, Nevada with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of food service. I have experience working with over seventy manufacturing lines, overseeing their growth and relationship with Sysco Foodservice. I was selected to be part of Top Chef Season 6 and Anne Burelle’s Chef Wanted. I have also appeared on PBS, Food Network and Florida CBS channel 12.

I was born and raised in Nevada and attended college at the University of Portland graduating with degrees in French Studies and Biochemistry. I lived in France for over a year and took gastronomy courses while teaching English. I work in recipe development, and I am apart of the admin team at Hampton. I reside in Henderson, Nevada with my two cats Kinako and Azuki.
